ChatGPT proxy
ChatGPT proxy on a dedicated static ISP IP in the US or another supported country: one IP per person, HTTP or SOCKS5, set up in minutes.
View options and pricingA fixed, dedicated IP for each person’s AI accounts and editors — and the country rules a proxy doesn’t change.
AI vendors decide availability by country. OpenAI’s supported list leaves out mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Russia, Belarus and Iran, and warns that access from outside it may get an account blocked or suspended. Anthropic’s list leaves out mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Russia and covers use while you are physically located in an unsupported region. Google’s list for AI Studio and the Gemini API is shorter than the Gemini app’s, GitHub may not sell or export Copilot to Russia or Belarus, and ElevenLabs blocks connections from sanctioned countries. A proxy changes none of these rules — check the list before you rely on one.
Where the network is the obstacle, the fix is a stable route. From mainland China, GreatFire’s tests show chatgpt.com blocked since May 2024, gemini.google.com, www.perplexity.ai and suno.com blocked, and claude.ai unreliable, while runway.com and elevenlabs.io currently read accessible. Editors also connect on their own: GitHub Copilot uses its editor proxy setting or variables such as HTTPS_PROXY, Claude Code reads the standard proxy variables, and Cursor has its own network settings — so a proxy set only in the browser doesn’t cover them.
What a static ISP IP adds is consistency: one dedicated address per person instead of a VPN exit that many people share and that changes between sessions. It also gives teams an address to allowlist — Claude Enterprise can restrict access to allowlisted IP addresses, and an ElevenLabs API key can be locked to IPs, with requests from any other IP rejected with a 403. In our hourly checks at 03:05 UTC on 18 October 2026, the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs gave their normal sign-in-required answer, not a country block, through Proxy302 residential exits in the US, UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Brazil and Indonesia.

| Criterion | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity accounts | Static ISP proxy in a supported country | One dedicated address per person for sign-up, billing and daily use |
| Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code | Static ISP proxy, set in the editor or terminal | Long-lived editor connections stay on one address |
| Midjourney, Runway, Suno and ElevenLabs | Static ISP proxy, when you need a fixed address | For one account’s sign-ins or an API key locked to an IP; some of these open directly on many networks |
All 10 tool pages below start from static ISP in the console, with the United States suggested. Every setting stays editable before you pay.
Each page covers the tool’s country rules, the recommended setup and where the proxy goes — browser, editor, terminal or SDK. “View options and pricing” on a card opens the console with that tool’s starting setup.

Each page starts from the console’s setup for that tool and shows where the proxy goes: the browser, the editor’s proxy setting, a terminal variable or the SDK.
Open an IP check page in the same browser or tool and confirm the country, then sign in.
Expected result Every sign-in comes from the same country and the same IP.
No. A proxy changes your network exit, not the vendor’s terms. OpenAI warns that access from outside its supported countries may get an account blocked or suspended, and Anthropic’s policy covers use while you are physically in an unsupported region. Check the list first.
A static ISP IP is dedicated to you and stays the same for your term, so every sign-in comes from one place. VPN exits are usually shared with other users and can change between sessions.
Plan one per person who signs in, so nobody’s activity lands on someone else’s address. Runway’s terms, for example, allow one account per platform and forbid sharing your account, password or API keys.
No. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and Cursor have their own proxy settings or read environment variables such as HTTPS_PROXY. The tool pages show exactly where.
GreatFire currently reads runway.com and elevenlabs.io as accessible from mainland China, so their web apps may open directly there. A fixed IP is still useful when one account should always sign in from one address, or when an API key is locked to an IP.

Read the public results at proxy302.com/live/connectivity/chatgpt.json and claude.json at 03:29 UTC on 18 October 2026 (round generated 03:05 UTC): the api.openai.com and api.anthropic.com probes counted as reachable — they answered 401, sign-in required, rather than a country block — from the US, GB, DE, JP, SG, BR and ID residential exits.
Only successful checks are published; a reachable API is not permission to use it from any country.
