Per GB instead of a lease
Static ISP is also sold without a lease. On the static ISP page set Billing to Per GB (PTC/GB): the console generates a Fixed ISP exit for free and charges your wallet for the traffic you use. You choose the country, not the state or city.
That exit is not a fixed IP and is not reserved for you long-term, so it suits short jobs rather than accounts. For one fixed IP per account, lease it per IP with the button above.

What is an ISP proxy (static residential proxy)?
A fixed IP address registered to an internet service provider, unchanged for your lease term.
Is the IP dedicated to me?
Yes, when you lease it for 30 days or more: the IP is yours alone for the whole term, so no other customer logs in from your address.
How long can I keep the IP?
For the whole term you buy, and you can renew it. Renewing normally keeps the same IP: it is kept whenever our supplier can carry the new term (renewals of 30 days or more try first); otherwise it may move to another IP in the same country.
How many accounts per IP?
One. That is the point of a fixed IP — every account gets its own.
HTTP or SOCKS5?
Either: choose HTTP or SOCKS5 when you buy. Each IP works with the protocol you picked (HTTP on port 2222, SOCKS5 on port 3333), so buy the one your tool needs.
