Prices from the live price catalogue on October 18, 2026, in US dollars (1 PTC of account credit = US$1.00). The per-IP price is the same for every country you can pick. Payment fees are shown at checkout, and the configurator shows your total before you confirm.

Prepaid GB or pay-as-you-go

Top up your wallet first. A top-up only adds balance; you then spend it on traffic or IPs. Nothing is bought for you unless you buy it or switch on an automatic option yourself.

Prepaid traffic: buy any whole number of GB, or a package, for one line (Budget or Premium). The GB are credited right after purchase, show "No expiry" and are used by the proxies you generate on that line. Traffic bought for one line is not shared with the other.

Pay-as-you-go: when the configurator offers "PTC wallet debit" for a line, the new proxy is billed for the traffic it actually forwards, at that line's usage rate, with no package to buy. The rate and the minimum wallet balance are shown before you generate.

Static ISP and datacenter IPs are leased per IP for 1, 3, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. There is no subscription, and auto-renewal is not available yet: renew before the end date to keep the same IP.

Static ISP also works without a lease: on the static ISP page set Billing to "Per GB (PTC/GB)" and the console generates a Fixed ISP exit for free, then charges your wallet US$3.50 per GB of traffic. You choose the country (not the state or city), and the same IP is not reserved for you long-term. For one fixed IP per account, lease it per IP.

Payment methods, fees and minimum top-up

Checkout offers USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BSC), USDC (Ethereum, Optimism, BSC), Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayNow and DANA. Russian bank cards, T-Bank, ЮMoney and SberPay are offered through a local payment channel, and card payments via Stripe appear when they are available for your account.

Each method shows its fee before you pay: 2% + US$0.10 for Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayNow, DANA and the Russian methods, 1.3% for USDT and USDC, and 3.4% + US$0.50 for cards.

Pick US$5, 10, 20, 50 or 100, or type your own whole-dollar amount (up to US$2,000 per payment, except by card; crypto accepts the preset amounts). Cards and local wallets are credited instantly; crypto usually arrives 5 to 15 minutes after the network confirms it.

A successful top-up cannot be refunded or exchanged back into cash, so top up what you plan to use. If an IP or proxy stops working, open a ticket in Support with the order number.

Buy and connect in four steps

  1. Create an account and top up

Register with your email, open Billing and choose Top up balance. Pick an amount and a payment method.

Expected result Your balance shows in PTC (1 PTC = US$1.00).

  2. Choose traffic or IPs

Rotating residential: pick the line and buy GB, or let the line bill your wallet if pay-as-you-go is offered. Static ISP or datacenter: pick the country, the term and the quantity, up to 100 IPs at a time. Each IP is charged separately, and the order stops at the first failure, such as low balance or no stock.

Expected result The configurator shows the total before you confirm.

  3. Generate and copy the credentials

Choose HTTP or SOCKS5 and generate. The console shows host, port, username and password straight away.

Expected result Ready to paste into a browser, an antidetect browser or a script.

  4. Check the exit before you scale

Open an IP-check page through the proxy, confirm the country, then add traffic or IPs.

Payment and balance problems

Paid, but the balance did not change

Check Is the payment still processing? For crypto, did you send on the network you selected?

Fix Refresh the payment status on the checkout page; crypto needs 5 to 15 minutes. If the balance is still missing, open a ticket in Support with the payment reference.

Stop when Do not pay a second time while the first payment is unconfirmed.

Balance is there, but the line has no traffic

Check A top-up is not a traffic purchase.

Fix Buy GB for that line, or use pay-as-you-go if the configurator offers it.

An IP or proxy stopped working

Check Is the lease still active, and does an IP-check page answer through the proxy?

Fix Open a ticket in Support with the order number and the IP; the asset is handled on that ticket.

A lease is about to end

Check See the end date in My assets.

Fix Renew before it ends to keep the same IP. An expired IP is released.

Pricing FAQ

How much do residential proxies cost?

US$1.50/GB on the Budget line and US$5.00/GB on Premium, from 1 GB. Packages cost less per GB: Budget US$1.35/GB at 100 GB and US$1.124/GB at 500 GB; Premium US$4.50/GB at 100 GB.

How much is a static ISP or a datacenter IP?

A static ISP IP costs US$7.99 for 30 days and a datacenter IP US$3.99 for 30 days. Short terms exist too: one day costs US$0.50 for static ISP and US$0.25 for datacenter. Static ISP is also sold per GB without a lease: US$3.50/GB from your wallet, with no fixed IP reserved for you.

What is the minimum purchase?

1 GB of traffic (US$1.50 on the Budget line) or one IP for one day. The smallest preset top-up is US$5.

Is there a free trial?

No. The cheapest test is 1 GB on the Budget line for US$1.50, or one IP for one day: US$0.25 for datacenter, US$0.50 for static ISP.

Can I buy rotating residential proxies per IP?

Not at the moment: per-IP rotating residential is out of stock and its sales are paused, so rotating residential is sold per GB. If you want a fixed price per IP, choose static ISP.

Is it pay as you go, or a subscription?

Pay as you go. There is no subscription: prepaid GB does not expire, IP leases do not renew automatically, and lines that offer wallet billing charge only for the traffic used.

Do my balance and traffic expire?

Purchased account balance has no time limit, and traffic you buy shows "No expiry". An IP lease ends on its end date unless you renew it.

Which payment methods can I use?

USDT, USDC, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayNow and DANA, plus Russian bank cards, T-Bank, ЮMoney and SberPay. Card payments via Stripe appear when they are available for your account.

Can I get a refund?

A successful top-up cannot be refunded or exchanged back into cash; spend the balance on traffic or IPs. If an IP or proxy fails, open a ticket in Support with the order number.

Which protocols are included?

HTTP and SOCKS5. You choose the protocol when you generate the proxy, and the price is the same.

How fast do I get the proxy?

Straight after payment: purchased traffic is credited at once, and the console shows the credentials as soon as you generate. Crypto top-ups take about 5 to 15 minutes to arrive.

Does the price change by country?

No. The per-IP price is the same for every country you can pick, and residential traffic is priced by line. Which countries have IPs in stock can change.

How these prices were checked

Two read-only requests to the fixed-package catalogues used by the signed-in console both returned HTTP 200. Four listed packages were checked using the same integer-money conversion as the console, including unit price, quantity and total. No purchase was made.

This check covers quotes and billing units. Connection success and latency depend on the route, region, destination and test period; a quote check does not measure them.
