Midjourney Proxy: One Static IP for Your Midjourney Account

One person, one Midjourney account, one fixed IP — the setup that fits Midjourney's own rules.

Midjourney live connectivity

Every hour we open Midjourney through Proxy302 residential IPs in several countries. These are the latest checks.

Why Midjourney needs one steady exit

Midjourney has no password of its own: you sign up with Discord or Google, and every plan works both on midjourney.com and in Discord. Whatever connection you use has to reach midjourney.com and your sign-in provider — in mainland China GreatFire's tests show discord.com blocked and Google sign-in unreliable.

Its rules decide the proxy plan. Each person may keep only one account and only one person may use an account; accounts can't be shared or resold; automated tools are banned and Midjourney doesn't offer a public API. Accounts that break these rules may be blocked.

So the setup is simple: one person, one account, one static IP that stays the same every time you sign in — no bots, no account pools.

Set up a Midjourney proxy in 5 minutes

  1. Open the Midjourney preset

The Configure button opens Midjourney proxy in the console: Billing is Per IP and term, Use case is AI subscriptions, Midjourney is selected under Choose a platform and Protocol is HTTP. Check Region (United States by default), keep Term at 1 month, set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each person, up to 100 at a time), then click Review cost and generate.

Expected result The IP appears in My assets.

  2. Connect your browser

Install the Proxy302 browser extension (Downloads and setup at the bottom of /guides) and sign in with Log In to Your Account. In My assets, click Use extension on this IP's row, then press Connect in the extension. Open ipinfo.io to confirm the country.

Before continuing If your network can't reach the proxy directly, start the helper tool first (Connect → Helper tools) and tick Use Helper in the extension.

  3. Sign in on midjourney.com

Click Log In and choose Continue with Discord or Continue with Google. If you made images in Discord before August 2024, sign in with Discord first so your history comes with you.

  4. Create on the web

Open the Create page and type your prompt in the Imagine bar. If you also use Discord, open it in the same browser so it goes through the same IP.

Quick fixes

Discord or Google sign-in never finishes

Check Does the sign-in window open in the same browser that uses the proxy, and is the extension on?

Fix Allow the pop-up, keep the extension on and finish signing in in that browser.

Your old images are missing after you sign in

Check Did you sign in with Google although your images were made with Discord before August 2024?

Fix Log out, sign in with Discord first, then add Google on the Account Settings page.

Your account was warned or blocked

Check Were automation tools, a shared login or a second account involved?

Fix Midjourney bans automation and account sharing, and a proxy can't change that. Keep one account per person.

midjourney.com stalls while other sites load

Check Does the live panel on this page show recent successful checks from your exit country?

Fix If it does, check the browser is really using the proxy and that no second VPN or proxy sits on top.

Midjourney proxy FAQ

Can I run several Midjourney accounts on different proxies?

No. Midjourney allows one account per person and one person per account, and non-compliant accounts may be blocked. Use one IP for your one account.

Do I need Discord to use Midjourney?

No. Every plan works on midjourney.com; you can sign up with Google and never open Discord.

Can I run a Midjourney bot or API through the proxy?

Midjourney doesn't offer a public API and bans automated tools, so there's nothing to script. Use the website or Discord by hand.

Can a team share one Midjourney account?

No — accounts can't be shared. Each team member needs their own account, and we recommend their own IP too.

Static or rotating proxy for Midjourney?

Static. A rotating IP changes between requests, so your account would keep showing up from new addresses.
