The button at the top opens static ISP proxies for social accounts. Our social presets start with SOCKS5 and our store presets with HTTP; you choose the protocol when you buy, and the asset keeps it.
Buy one static ISP IP per profile and pick the country of each account. From mainland China, first run the helper tool from Connect → Helper tools in the console.
In My assets open the proxy and use Copy all: host, port, username and password. Rotating residential proxies use the gateway proxy.proxy302.com — port 2222 for HTTP and 3333 for SOCKS5.
Choose a custom proxy, set the type to match the asset and paste the fields. BitBrowser, GoLogin and GenLogin also accept host:port:username:password in one line.
Most browsers in the table below have a check or test button — save the profile only after it passes. In Huayang, open a profile that uses the pool and check the exit IP instead.
Expected result The check shows an IP in the country you bought.
Open the profile, visit ipinfo.io and run a WebRTC leak test. The IP must match the asset and no second address may appear.

Check Does the proxy type (HTTP or SOCKS5) match the asset? Did you paste all four fields exactly, with no space or scheme in the host field?
Fix Copy again with Copy all and set the type shown on the asset. AdsPower names a protocol mismatch and entry mistakes among the main causes.
Check That is our gateway refusing a missing or wrong username or password — confirmed in our own test on 18 October 2026.
Fix Use this asset's credentials; do not reuse an old or deleted asset's password.
Check The SOCKS5 port refused the credentials, also from our test.
Fix Check the username and password, or switch the profile to HTTP if the asset shows HTTP.
Check Is the helper tool running? Networks in mainland China cannot reach overseas proxies directly.
Fix Open Connect → Helper tools, start it, then run the check again.
Check Is a VPN, encrypted-connection extension, antivirus or firewall interfering? AdsPower names these as causes.
Fix Turn them off for the test, remove conflicting extensions from the profile and check again.
Check Has the asset expired, or has the line's traffic or the wallet balance run out?
Fix Renew the asset or add traffic, then check again. Expired or disabled assets cannot connect.
They can connect, but every platform then sees the same address behind all of them — which defeats the point of separate profiles. Give each profile its own IP.
Either, as long as it matches the asset. Our social presets start with SOCKS5 and our store presets with HTTP.
Static ISP for any profile that stays logged in. Rotating residential only with a sticky session, for short tasks that do not need the same IP tomorrow.

WebRTC traffic can leave outside the proxy. Set WebRTC in the profile to follow or replace with the proxy IP and test again.
