Facebook is blocked in mainland China and in Russia. GreatFire's tests from mainland China show facebook.com failing in every recent test, and OONI measurements from Russia in the 30 days to 18 October 2026 were mostly anomalous or confirmed blocks — Russia designated Meta an extremist organisation in 2022. Sellers, advertisers and social teams there need an exit in a country where Facebook works.
Meta's Terms allow one personal account per person and forbid sharing the password or giving others access to it. For agencies and in-house teams that means one teammate, one account, one IP. Shared work on Pages and ad accounts goes through Page access and Business roles, so nobody has to log in as someone else.
A fixed IP keeps each login predictable. On a shared office line every teammate appears on the same address, and a rotating exit puts each session on a new one. A static ISP IP is a home-broadband address in the country you pick, it stays the same for your whole term and it is assigned to you alone, so each account keeps one consistent connection.

The “Configure Facebook proxies” button at the top of this page opens the static ISP page with Billing set to Per IP and term, the Social operations use case and Facebook proxy selected. Under Connection settings pick the Region, keep Term at 1 month and Protocol at SOCKS5. Set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each person who logs in, up to 100 at a time).
Expected result The “Your configuration” panel shows Per IP and term, your region, SOCKS5 and the quantity.
Click Review cost and generate and confirm the price. Open My assets, choose View credentials on each IP and copy the endpoint (host:port), username and password.
In AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, GoLogin or Multilogin create one profile per account, choose SOCKS5, paste the details and set WebRTC to follow the proxy. Open an IP-check page in that profile first, then log in at facebook.com.
Expected result The IP-check page shows the country you bought.
Before continuing Never open two Facebook accounts in the same profile or on the same IP.
Add colleagues to the Page or the Business portfolio with their own accounts and the role they need. Each colleague then works from their own profile and IP. For the Facebook app on iPhone, buy that IP with Protocol set to HTTP and enter it under Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) → Configure Proxy → Manual, with Authentication on.
Check Does the account log in from a different IP or country each time, or from a profile that clears its cookies?
Fix Keep one static IP and one persistent profile per account, then complete the check once from that profile.
Check Open an IP-check page in the same profile. Is the exit in a country where Facebook works, and does the proxy type in the profile match the protocol you bought?
Fix Correct the proxy type, host and port, or switch to an IP in another country, then reload facebook.com.

Facebook is blocked in mainland China and in Russia.
