GenLogin proxy setup: Your Proxy on the Network tab

Copy one line of connection details from Proxy302, paste it into GenLogin's Network tab, click Check Proxy, and the profile goes online from its own IP.

In Proxy302, open My assets, click the IP you want and press host:port:user:pass to copy the whole line. In GenLogin, create or edit a profile and open the Network tab. Under Proxy type choose Your Proxy, pick HTTP Proxy or SOCKS5 Proxy to match the badge on the connection card, paste the line and click Check Proxy. When it shows an IP and a location, it works. If a profile stays signed in to the same account for months, give it its own static ISP IP.

Updated:

One IP per profile

GenLogin keeps each account in its own profile, with its own browser environment. Without a proxy, every profile goes out through your own network and websites see the same IP.

The Network tab offers three options: Gen Proxy (GenLogin's own), Your Proxy and Without proxy. Proxy302 IPs go under Your Proxy. The steps below set up one static IP per profile.

Four steps

  1. Copy the connection line in Proxy302

Open My assets in the Proxy302 console and click the IP for this profile. The connection card shows host, port, username and password, and the protocol (HTTP or SOCKS5) in the top-right corner. Press host:port:user:pass to copy the whole line. You need the protocol in the next step.

  2. Choose Your Proxy on the Network tab

In GenLogin, create a profile (or edit an existing one) and open the Network tab. Under Proxy type pick Your Proxy in the middle. The Proxy Type list below has HTTP Proxy, SOCKS4 Proxy, SOCKS5 Proxy and a few others. Pick the one that matches the badge on the Proxy302 connection card.

  3. Paste the line and click Check Proxy

On the Custom page of the desktop client there is a box labelled ip:port:user:pass. Paste the line from step 1 and click Import. Host, port, username and password fill in by themselves. Click Check Proxy and GenLogin tests the proxy and shows the exit IP and its location. If it fails, click Clear proxy and start again.

  4. Check timezone and location

Switch to the Location tab. “Fill timezone based on the external IP” is ticked by default. Leave it, and the timezone follows the proxy's IP. The GenLogin docs recommend keeping it. Then click Create profile (or save the existing one), start it and open ipinfo.io. The country should match the IP you bought.

Which IP to buy

Store, social and ad accounts, one profile staying signed in to one account: buy a static ISP IP, one per profile. The IP does not change during the term, and terms of 30 days or more are dedicated.

Scraping, price checks and looking at search results from other countries: use rotating residential, billed by traffic, with country and city targeting.

Discount code and new-user bonus

GenLogin's code for Proxy302 users is PROXY302, 20% off. The GenLogin page has the final terms.

New Proxy302 users who sign up through a partner link or an invite link get 20% extra on the first top-up within 120 days, up to US$50. The bonus lands in the wallet once the top-up is credited.

FAQ

HTTP or SOCKS5?

GenLogin's Proxy Type list has HTTP, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5. Pick the one shown on the Proxy302 connection card. A static IP gets its protocol when you buy it, and each IP has just one.

What do I enter for rotating residential?

The entry is proxy.proxy302.com, port 2222 for HTTP and port 3333 for SOCKS5. Use the port that matches the Proxy Type you chose. The username and password are generated in the console.

Check Proxy shows nothing. What now?

Copy the details again and watch for stray spaces. Check that Proxy Type matches the protocol on the connection card, and that the IP has not expired.

Does GenLogin mention Proxy302?

Yes. Its partner page lists Proxy302 as a proxy provider. The GenLogin docs have no article about Proxy302 itself, so the steps and screenshots here come from its general proxy settings pages.

Does every profile need its own IP?

Accounts that stay signed in for a long time should each get a static IP. For scraping and price checks, one pool of rotating residential traffic can serve several tasks.
