X is blocked in mainland China and in Russia. GreatFire's recent tests of x.com from mainland China failed, and OONI measurements from Russia in the 30 days to 18 October 2026 were mostly anomalous for both x.com and twitter.com. Teams posting for global audiences from there need an exit in a country where X works.
X's developer guidelines allow several accounts when each serves a non-duplicative purpose — their example is separate accounts for different locations — but not accounts opened because another one was suspended or rate-limited, and not identical posts copied across accounts. For a team that means one clear job per account, such as brand, support or a single region; one account, one browser profile and one IP keeps that separation visible in how you work.
X is strict about automation: its guidelines say automation outside the official API, such as scraping or browser scripts, leads to permanent suspension. Use the static IP for logins and hands-on work in the browser, and send scheduled posts through the API from the same account's IP.

The “Configure X proxies” button at the top of this page opens the static ISP page with Billing set to Per IP and term, the Social operations use case and X proxy selected. Under Connection settings pick the Region, keep Term at 1 month and Protocol at SOCKS5, set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each account, up to 100 at a time), then click Review cost and generate.
Expected result The “Your configuration” panel shows Per IP and term, your region, SOCKS5 and the quantity.
Open My assets, choose View credentials on each IP and copy the endpoint (host:port), username and password. Note which account each IP belongs to.
In AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, GoLogin or Multilogin create a profile per account, choose SOCKS5, paste the details and set WebRTC to follow the proxy. Check the exit on an IP-check page, then log in at x.com.
Expected result The IP-check page shows the country you bought.
Before continuing Don't post the same text from several accounts, and don't drive x.com with browser scripts — X's guidelines prohibit both.
For scheduled or bulk posting, create a project in the X developer portal and post through the API, sending each account's requests through that account's IP as in the example below. The limits are counted per app and per user, so plan your schedule around them.

Check Open an IP-check page in the same profile. Is the exit in a country where X works, and does the proxy type match the protocol you bought?
Fix Correct the proxy type, host and port, or switch to an IP in another country, then reload x.com.
Check Did the account log in from a new country, a shared IP or a profile that lost its cookies?
Fix Complete the check from the account's own profile and IP, then keep both fixed for every session.
Check Check the x-rate-limit-remaining and x-rate-limit-reset headers. Limits count per app and per user, not per IP.
Fix Wait until the reset time and spread posts out; switching IPs does not reset the limit.
X is blocked in mainland China and in Russia.
