Amazon Japan Proxy: Japan IPs for Browsing amazon.co.jp as a Shopper in Japan

See amazon.co.jp the way a shopper in Japan sees it, and keep a steady address for the account you sign in to.

Why a Japan exit for amazon.co.jp

Amazon runs the Japan store and the Japan seller platform as their own entries. On its Japan seller page it says that choosing a country can change the default language, fees, shipping options, available programs and selling categories. Prices, search results and rankings on amazon.co.jp are therefore best read from Japan, in the way a local shopper reads them.

A rotating residential proxy with a Japan exit gives your browser or script a home-network address in Japan, and the next request can leave from a different Japan address. That suits research that is not tied to one account: search results, listings, prices, ranking checks and competitor pages.

Signing in to the same seller account every day is a different job. For that, a static ISP IP in Japan keeps one address for the whole lease. The sections below show which to pick.

What we saw in our own test

On 2 November 2026 we sent 15 requests to the amazon.co.jp search page through our Japan rotating residential exit. 13 returned search results normally, with a median response time of 2.2 seconds, and we saw no CAPTCHA. The other 2 returned a page, but it was incomplete and showed no search results.

This is one small test on one day. Treat it as a first impression of how the exit behaves, not as a measure of what you will get; your own queries, request rate and timing will decide that.

If you hold seller accounts

Amazon's Global Selling page quotes the Seller Code of Conduct: you may keep one Seller Central account for each region where you sell, plus a second account only for a legitimate business need, such as brands that are maintained separately, and only while all your accounts are in good standing. If one account breaks the selling policies, the others may be affected too.

An IP is only the network address a site sees. It does not change these rules, how many accounts you may hold, or any decision Amazon makes about an account. If you operate approved accounts, a static ISP IP in Japan, kept for the account and used with one browser profile, keeps your own records of who signs in from where simple.

Set up Japan residential IPs in 4 steps

  1. Open the Amazon Japan preset

The button below opens the rotating residential order page with the Amazon Japan preset. Leave the country on Japan.

  2. Buy traffic and generate a proxy

Pick a traffic package or a custom amount from 1 GB, choose HTTP or SOCKS5 and generate. In My assets, Copy next to the proxy copies its full line.

  3. Put it in your browser or tool

Paste the proxy line into a browser profile, a script or the Proxy302 Chrome extension (HTTP). Match the browser language and time zone to Japan if your tool offers it.

  4. Check the exit, then open amazon.co.jp

    Open ipinfo.io first.

Expected result ipinfo.io shows a Japan address; amazon.co.jp then shows the Japan store with yen prices.

Quick fixes

amazon.co.jp shows a CAPTCHA or an error page

Check Are you sending many requests per second, or running the same query again and again?

Fix Slow the request rate, spread requests over time and retry on a fresh request. A rotating exit gives each request a new address, but a script that is too fast can still meet a CAPTCHA.

The page shows another country or language

Check Does ipinfo.io inside the same browser or script show a Japan address?

Fix Regenerate the proxy with Japan selected, check that the proxy line was pasted in full, and make sure the tool sends every request through the proxy.

Seller Central asks for a code at every sign-in

Check Is the account signing in through a rotating proxy?

Fix Do not sign in to a seller account through a rotating exit. Use one static ISP IP in Japan for that account and keep one browser profile.
