LinkedIn is blocked in Russia: OONI measurements from Russia in the 30 days to 18 October 2026 were mostly anomalous or confirmed blocks. In mainland China the global site passed almost all recent OONI tests, so there a proxy is about a stable sign-in location rather than access.
LinkedIn's User Agreement allows one account per person, in their real name, and forbids using someone else's account — including sharing log-in credentials or copying cookies — as well as bots and other unauthorised automated methods. Company Pages have no separate login: admin roles are assigned to personal profiles. So sales, recruiting and brand teams work best as one person, one profile, one IP.
LinkedIn restricts accounts when it finds signs that they were compromised or taken over by someone else. A profile that keeps signing in from one stable home-broadband address — the same country and the same IP for the whole term — avoids the sudden jumps that a shared or rotating connection produces.

The “Configure LinkedIn proxies” button at the top of this page opens the static ISP page with Billing set to Per IP and term, the Social operations use case and LinkedIn proxy selected. Under Connection settings pick the Region, keep Term at 1 month and Protocol at SOCKS5, set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each person, up to 100 at a time), then click Review cost and generate.
Expected result The “Your configuration” panel shows Per IP and term, your region, SOCKS5 and the quantity.
Open My assets, choose View credentials on each IP and copy the endpoint (host:port), username and password. Assign each IP to one named person.
In AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, GoLogin or Multilogin create a profile for each person, choose SOCKS5, paste the details and set WebRTC to follow the proxy. Check the exit on an IP-check page; the person then signs in at linkedin.com with their own account.

A super admin assigns Page admin roles to each colleague's personal profile; there is no separate Page login to share. On iPhone, buy that person's IP with HTTP and enter it under Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) → Configure Proxy → Manual, with Authentication on.
Check Is an extension automating or scraping in this profile? Has the account signed in from several countries or shared its cookies?
Fix Remove the tool, follow the on-screen identity steps from the person's own profile, and keep that profile on one static IP.
Check Does the browser profile clear cookies, or does the IP change between sessions?
Fix Use a persistent profile and the same static IP for every session.
Check Open an IP-check page in the same profile. Is the exit in a country where LinkedIn works, and does the proxy type match the protocol you bought?
Fix Correct the proxy type, host and port, or switch to an IP in another country, then reload linkedin.com.
LinkedIn is blocked in Russia. In mainland China the global site was reachable in almost all recent OONI tests.
