Rotating residential proxies
Real household IPs in 195+ countries with state and city targeting. Rotate on every request or keep sticky sessions. From US$1.50/GB, US$1.35/GB at 100 GB. HTTP and SOCKS5.
View options and pricingRanked lists of residential IPs do not know what you need the IP for. Start from the job: how many requests you will send, whether you need one address or many exits, and which country you need to appear in. The job points to the type.
Most jobs fall into one of two kinds.
One is work with a varying amount of traffic and independent requests, such as collecting public pages, viewing pages and prices from different countries, or running page checks in several regions. This suits rotating residential: exits come from a very large pool and you pay for the traffic you use.
The other is work that has to keep one login address over time, such as logging in to the same back office. This suits a static ISP IP: it stays fixed for the whole lease term, does not rotate, and is billed per IP and term.
An IP changes only the network address a site sees. It does not change a site's rules, and it does not lift a restriction or undo a ban.
Rotating residential is paid by traffic and offers many countries, but the exit changes, so it does not suit work that needs one address. A static ISP IP gives a stable address, but you pay per IP and term, fewer countries are offered, and stock changes daily, so the order page is the reference. One static ISP lease can be shared by up to 6 customers, so treat it as an address that other customers may also hold.
The residential, ISP and datacenter guide explains the types in more detail.
| Item | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Collecting public pages, or checking prices or search results over many requests | Rotating residential | The exit changes, so independent requests do not all leave from one address. You pay per GB for what you use, and purchased traffic has no expiry. |
| Seeing a site as a visitor from one country or city | Rotating residential with country targeting, and city where the line supports it | 195+ countries and regions are offered, with state and city on the lines that support them. A requested city is a request, not a guarantee. |
| Signing in to the same account or store from one address for days or weeks | Static ISP IP | The IP is fixed for the whole term and does not rotate. It is billed per IP and term (1 to 90 days), fewer countries are offered than for rotating residential, and one lease can be shared by up to 6 customers. |
| A tool that needs SOCKS5 with a login | Either type | Both offer HTTP and SOCKS5. For rotating residential you pick the protocol when you generate the proxy; a static ISP IP is issued with the protocol you pick at purchase and has no switch in My assets, so choose SOCKS5 there. |
| A one-off test | 1 GB of rotating residential, or a 1-day static ISP IP | These are the smallest purchases, and there is no free trial. Use the 1 GB for a small task on your real target; use the 1-day IP if the job needs a fixed address. |
| Heavy traffic where a residential address is not needed | Datacenter IP | Billed per IP and term from one day, not per GB, and fixed for the term. Sites see a hosting-company address instead of a home one, so check that your target accepts it. |
This table is a starting point, not a rule. Your target, your country and your volume change the answer, so run one small test of your own before you buy more. A proxy changes the network address a site sees; it does not change the site's terms.
Once you know the type, check the service you are about to buy from: the billing unit, the smallest purchase, how deep location targeting goes, which protocols are offered, a small first test, and the claims no pricing page lets you verify before buying. The buyer's checklist goes through each point.
Collecting and checking pages, and views from other countries: rotating residential covers 195+ countries and regions, with state and city targeting on the lines that support it, and is billed per GB from 1 GB. The Budget line costs US$1.50 per GB, with US$1.35 at 100 GB and US$1.20 at 300 GB; the Premium line costs US$5 per GB, with US$4.50 at 100 GB. Purchased traffic has no expiry.
A login that must stay on one address: a static ISP IP costs US$0.50 for one day and US$7.99 for 30 days, the same in every country, with terms from 1 to 90 days. It stays fixed for the lease term without rotating, and one lease can be shared by up to 6 customers. Auto-renew is optional and set per IP: switch it on in My assets (new purchases start with it off), or renew by hand there before the end date.
SOCKS5 and heavy traffic: HTTP and SOCKS5 are both offered on rotating residential and static ISP, chosen when you generate or buy. A datacenter IP costs US$0.25 for one day and US$3.99 for 30 days, with HTTP or SOCKS5 chosen at purchase. There is no free trial; the smallest purchases are 1 GB of rotating residential traffic or one IP for one day.
From mainland China, start with the helper tool guide and keep the helper open while you use the proxy. For how platforms respond from different countries, see platform access by country.
The table shows rotating residential exits in 7 countries from our latest hourly check; the probe sends its request to ChatGPT, which is only an example target of a network check. A proxy does not change ChatGPT's terms, and OpenAI's list of supported countries still applies. Setup is on the rotating residential page and the static ISP page.

Hourly check of the Proxy302 probe, 25 October 2026, 08:29 UTC: one request to ChatGPT per country through a dynamic residential exit, using the public Proxy302 entry. Only the first three octets of an IP are public. One sample per country, not an average; later checks will differ.
Open the rotating residential page, choose the line, and keep Protocol on HTTP or choose SOCKS5, then click Review cost and generate.
Open My assets (the console page that holds everything you bought) and copy HOST, PORT, USERNAME and PASSWORD. The Connect page shows a ready example with your own endpoint.
Enter the details in the browser or tool you are setting up.
Confirm the exit with https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy.
From mainland China, start the helper tool from the Connect page first and keep it open while you use the proxy.
The Budget line costs US$1.50 per GB, US$1.35 per GB in a 100 GB package and US$1.20 per GB at 300 GB. There is no free trial, and the smallest purchase is 1 GB. Which exit locations are available changes daily.
A static ISP IP. It stays fixed for the whole lease term, so every login comes from the same address. Rotating residential changes the exit, which does not suit a login that should stay on one address. A proxy does not change a platform's terms, so read them first.
Yes. One lease can be shared by up to 6 customers. We call it a fixed IP: it does not rotate and stays fixed for the whole term.
No. A city is a request, not a guarantee, and state and city targeting exists only on the lines that support it. Check the exit with https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy.
Either. For rotating residential choose SOCKS5 when you generate the proxy; for a static ISP IP choose SOCKS5 at purchase, because each IP is issued with one protocol.
When the job moves a lot of traffic and does not need a residential address. A datacenter IP is billed per IP and term, and sites see a hosting-company address.
