Keep one exit for a longer workflow
Dedicated static ISP proxies: a residential-grade IP that is yours alone and stays the same for the whole term. For social accounts, stores and AI tools. HTTP and SOCKS5.
View options and pricingWhat an ISP proxy is, how Proxy302 prices a lease against pay per GB, where the break-even sits and which limits apply.
The name comes from who the address is registered to. A datacenter IP belongs to a hosting company. A household IP belongs to a consumer internet provider and sits in someone's home. An ISP proxy is registered to a consumer provider, like the household IP, but runs on a server, like the datacenter IP, and it stays the same.
You can read the label yourself. IP data providers classify the organisation behind a network. IPinfo's ASN data gives each network a type of isp, hosting, business, education or government, and MaxMind's GeoIP data gives a user type such as residential, cellular or hosting. A lookup through the proxy shows the network in the org field, as the guide on how to check your proxy's IP, country and ISP shows. Labels come from databases, and two databases can label the same network differently.
The table is the short version. The full comparison, with the console presets for each job, is in the guide to residential, ISP and datacenter proxies.

Proxy302 sells static ISP in two ways. A per-IP lease gives you one IP that is not sold to anyone else while the lease is active. The Fixed ISP exit bills your wallet by the GB, costs nothing to generate and is not reserved for one customer over time.
The price is the same in every country. The Fixed ISP exit costs US$3.50 per GB. Divide the 30-day lease by that rate and the break-even is about 2.3 GB: below that in 30 days the per-GB exit costs less, and above it the lease costs less. The comparison is about price only. A lease is a dedicated IP, and the per-GB exit is not.
| Item | Price per IP | Per day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 day | US$0.50 | US$0.50 |
| 3 days | US$1.50 | US$0.50 |
| 7 days | US$3.50 | US$0.50 |
| 30 days | US$7.99 | about US$0.27 |
| 60 days | US$15.98 | about US$0.27 |
| 90 days | US$23.97 | about US$0.27 |

The order form for the per-IP lease lists 30 countries, and the Fixed ISP exit offers 13, chosen by country only. A listing is not stock. On 18 October 2026, 9 of the 30 countries had at least one IP that could be bought for 30 days, and the number changes daily. The order page shows what you can buy today, so check it before you plan around a country.
It changes the network exit of your connection, nothing more. It does not change a platform's rules, and it does not guarantee that a site will treat the address in any particular way. Choose it for what it is: a fixed address in a country you pick, dedicated to you for the term. HTTP or SOCKS5 is chosen when you buy, and each IP carries only that one protocol.
Open the static ISP page and choose the country. For a lease, choose the term and the quantity, up to 100 IPs at a time. For pay per GB, switch Billing to Per GB.
Choose the protocol, HTTP or SOCKS5. HTTP uses port 2222 and SOCKS5 uses port 3333.
After you generate, open My assets and copy HOST, PORT, USERNAME and PASSWORD. The Connect page shows a ready example with your own endpoint.
Enter the details in your tool, then check the exit with https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy. The country field should match your choice.
Prices are on the pricing page: US$0.50 for one day and US$7.99 for 30 days per IP, and US$3.50 per GB for the Fixed ISP exit. There is no free trial, and the smallest purchase is one IP for one day or a single Fixed ISP exit. If an IP fails, open a ticket in Support with the order number.
An IP address registered to a consumer internet provider and served from a server. It stays the same, which is why it is also called a static residential proxy.
In practice, yes. Proxy302 sells it as static ISP and keeps a leased IP dedicated to you for the whole term.
The per-IP lease lists 30 countries and the Fixed ISP exit 13. Stock changes daily and the order page shows what is available.
Below about 2.3 GB in 30 days, per GB costs less. Above that, or when you need the same IP for the whole term, lease it.
