Russia is in the rotating residential Region list only, as of 4 November 2026.
Set Region to Russia. There is no city or ISP choice: for rotating residential the console sets the exit by country only, on both lines — Budget and Premium.
On the Premium line our checks exited on PJSC Vimpelcom in Moscow and on PJSC Rostelecom in Omsk (18 October 2026), then on PJSC Rostelecom (AS12389) in Syktyvkar and on MTS PJSC (AS8359) in Saratov (3 November 2026); on the Budget line a test on 4 November 2026 exited on ER-Telecom in Nizhny Novgorod. The network and city change from one exit to the next.
If you connect from inside Russia, choose SOCKS5 (port 3333): some Russian carriers cut connections to HTTP proxies (port 2222) while SOCKS5 works. Rotating residential takes its protocol when the proxy is generated, so pick SOCKS5 from the start; the console's Russian interface preselects it.
Sticky sessions keep one exit for a run of requests; the console calls it a sticky session in the selected country, not a permanently fixed IP. A product that keeps one Russian IP for weeks is not on sale today.
The hourly check from Russia opens only the services that work in Russia; the live panel at the top of this page shows which of them answered in the last six hours. At 20:21 UTC on 3 November 2026 the exit was on PJSC Rostelecom in Syktyvkar.
We checked Russian platforms separately at 20:52 UTC on 3 November 2026 through an MTS PJSC exit in Saratov: Avito (2.8 s), Yandex Market (2.6 s) and Yandex (1.7 s) answered normally, timed from our probe server in Asia.
Ozon and Wildberries answered the scripted request with a browser check: Ozon with a 307 redirect, Wildberries with status 498. They answered the same way without a proxy, so the check is about the client, not the IP. Pull data on your own listings through the seller API, and open storefronts in a regular or antidetect browser.
