Stock as of 18 October 2026; it changes daily and the order form shows what is available. The per-GB static ISP exit is not reserved for you long-term — for a fixed US IP, take the per-IP lease.
Region sets the country. Rotating residential then adds one more choice on the Premium line: ISP (optional), with four American home-broadband networks — Comcast Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon and Spectrum (Charter). Leave it on Any and the line picks for you.
Each of the four stayed in the list only after a live check on 16 October 2026 in which every test exit landed on that network inside the US; Cox was left out because one of its four test exits did not. If the ISP you pick has no free exit at that moment, generation fails instead of quietly moving you to another network.
Keep Exit mode on Choose region / sticky IP for anything tied to the US: Global rotation does not hold a country. Static ISP and datacenter leases, and the per-GB static ISP exit, are picked by country only.
Our probe opens 38 platforms every hour through one rotating residential IP in the US. In the six hours up to 04:07 UTC on 18 October 2026 all 38 answered from there; the median first response took 1.9 s, timed from our probe server in Asia. The exit in that round was a Verizon Business (AS701) address in Yonkers, New York. At 05:08 UTC the next round reached all 38 too, this time through Charter Communications LLC (AS20115) in Waxahachie, Texas.
AS20115 is the network the Spectrum (Charter) choice pins, so that second exit shows what a Spectrum exit looks like on ipinfo.io. Three of the checks open American storefronts: TikTok Shop opens the US Seller Center at seller-us.tiktok.com, and the Amazon and Walmart checks open amazon.com and walmart.com.
