Stock as of 18 October 2026; it changes daily and the order form shows current availability. Japan has no per-GB static ISP exit, so a fixed Japanese IP is always a per-IP lease.

Choose your Japanese exit: NTT OCN, KDDI au or SoftBank

Set Region to Japan. On the Premium line, ISP (optional) offers three Japanese home-broadband networks: NTT OCN, KDDI au and SoftBank.

On ipinfo.io they show up as AS4713 for NTT OCN, AS2516 for KDDI and AS17676 for SoftBank, so you can confirm the network as well as the country. Each was added after the 16 October 2026 check put every test exit on that network inside Japan.

A pinned ISP is strict: if it has no free exit, generation fails instead of moving you to another carrier. Static ISP and datacenter leases in Japan are chosen by country.

What our Japanese exit reached on 18 October 2026

In the six hours up to 04:07 UTC on 18 October 2026, all 38 platforms answered from our Japanese exit. The median first response was 3.0 s from our probe server in Asia, and that round's exit was on KDDI CORPORATION (AS2516) in Saitama. At 05:08 UTC the next round reached all 38 too, this time through NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS,Inc. (AS4713) in Isesaki, Gunma.

The median moved from 3.0 s at 04:07 to 1.4 s at 05:08 UTC with a different carrier, so measure your own jobs from where they run. The second exit was on AS4713, which ipinfo.io names NTT DOCOMO BUSINESS — the network the NTT OCN choice pins.
