One fixed home-broadband IP per community manager — Discord, Telegram, X and your governance pages all see the same address, even where those apps are blocked.
Community tools are blocked where many Web3 teams work. Russia blocked Discord in October 2024 and almost completely blocked Telegram in April 2026; in mainland China, GreatFire's latest tests fail for discord.com, telegram.org and x.com. Moderators, community managers and governance leads there need an exit abroad for the channels their DAO lives in.
Governance runs on wallets, not IPs. Snapshot lets DAOs vote off-chain without gas, voting power comes from each space's strategies, and its GraphQL hub at hub.snapshot.org allows 100 requests per minute without an API key — enough for a bot that posts new proposals to Discord. A proxy adds no voting power and doesn't change who can vote.
Fixed addresses keep sessions steady. A static ISP IP never rotates during the term, so each manager's Discord, Telegram and X sessions keep one address and one country. Bots need their own: Discord temporarily restricts an IP that sends 10,000 invalid requests — 401, 403 or 429 — within 10 minutes, so a buggy bot shouldn't share an IP with your moderators.

The “Configure community proxies” button opens Static Residential / ISP · Per IP with Billing set to Per IP and term and the Web3 use case selected. Under Connection settings pick the Region, the Term and the Protocol — SOCKS5 if Telegram is involved — and set Quantity to one IP per manager and one per bot (up to 100 at a time), then click Review cost and generate.
Expected result Your configuration lists Per IP and term, Web3, your region and the protocol.
After payment the console opens My assets. Choose View credentials on the new proxy and copy the endpoint (host:port), username and password.
In AdsPower, GoLogin or another antidetect browser, create one profile per manager with that person's IP and log in to discord.com/app, X and your forum there; connect the wallet for Snapshot in the same profile. In Telegram, add the same IP in the app's proxy settings as SOCKS5 with username and password.

Lists a space's active proposals so a bot can post them to Discord or Telegram. Without an API key Snapshot allows 100 requests per minute; run the bot on its own IP, separate from the managers' sessions.
