Why Etsy sellers use a proxy
Etsy welcomes multiple shops: each needs its own Etsy account and email address, and Etsy notes that most browsers won't keep you signed in to several accounts at once, so it suggests a different browser for each one. A browser profile per shop does exactly that — and a static IP per profile means each shop signs in from the same address every day.
Running several shops on Etsy is open, not hidden: you must list all your accounts in the Public Profile section of each of them. For day-to-day help, Etsy's shared access lets a team member manage orders, listings and buyer messages from their own account; they must use two-factor authentication and can't refund orders or see the owner's finances. Give helpers their own profile instead of the owner's password.
Where you can sell from is decided by Etsy Payments, not by your IP. Etsy says it can only offer payment services in certain countries; right now new shops can't open in China, and Russia isn't on the list. A proxy changes the network you sign in from — never the country your shop and bank account are registered in.

Set up Etsy proxies in 5 steps
Open the Etsy preset
The button below opens Static Residential / ISP · Per IP with Use case set to Ecommerce and “Etsy proxy” selected under Choose a platform. Leave Billing on Per IP and term.
Set Region and Term
Under Connection settings pick the Region you will keep (the preset proposes the United States first) and keep Term at 1 month. Set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each shop, up to 100 at a time). Auto-renew IP shows Not yet available, so note the end date.
Review cost and generate
Check Your configuration, press Review cost and generate and confirm. In My assets, Copy next to each IP copies its full line, host:port:username:password.
One browser profile per shop
In AdsPower, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty or Multilogin create one profile per shop, paste that shop's line into the proxy field and choose HTTP (or SOCKS5 if you bought it). Set time zone and WebRTC to follow the proxy, check the IP at ipinfo.io and sign in with that shop's own email.
Expected result Each profile stays signed in to its own shop, and ipinfo.io shows that shop's static IP.
Invite helpers with shared access
Helpers need their own Etsy account, an email not tied to another shop (drafts count) and two-factor authentication. They accept the invitation on Etsy.com — not in the Etsy Seller app — and work in their own profile.
Quick fixes
A helper can't accept the shared-access invite
Check Is their email already linked to another shop, including a draft, and have they turned on two-factor authentication?
Fix Ask the owner to send a new invite to a different email; the helper enrolls in 2FA and accepts on Etsy.com.
Search results look different from what buyers abroad see
Check Are you searching signed in, or from an IP in another country?
Fix Search signed out through a rotating residential IP in the buyer's country.
The proxy check fails in the profile
Check Does the proxy type match what you bought, and was the whole host:port:username:password line pasted without spaces?
Fix Paste the line again, choose the matching type and re-test at ipinfo.io; if it still fails, open a ticket with a screenshot.

Can I have more than one Etsy shop?
Yes. Each shop needs its own Etsy account and email address, and you must list all your accounts in the Public Profile section of each one.

Can someone help run my shop without my password?
Yes — Etsy's shared access. The helper uses their own account with two-factor authentication and can handle orders, listings and messages, but not refunds, finances or settings.
Can a proxy let me sell from a country Etsy doesn't support?
No. Etsy Payments is offered only in listed countries — new shops can't currently open in China, and Russia isn't listed. A proxy doesn't change where your shop and bank account are registered.
