eBay lets you register multiple accounts — one for buying and one for selling, or one per product line — but each needs its own email address, and every account a member uses is held to the same buying and selling policies. eBay warns that when one of a member's two accounts is suspended, the second may be restricted too, and a suspended member can't open a new account. A separate browser profile and static IP per account keeps the work tidy; it doesn't make your accounts strangers to eBay.
eBay strongly recommends 2 Step Verification, which asks for a code each time you sign in. For staff it offers Team Access: an assistant signs in with their own eBay account and only the permissions you tick, so nobody needs the owner's password. Give each person their own profile, and keep each account's sign-ins on one steady address instead of whatever network the day brings.
eBay is a family of country sites — eBay even runs eBaymag for posting one listing to several of them. Each site has its own buyers, listings and search results, so read sold prices and competitors site by site, through rotating residential IPs in that site's country rather than through the IP an account signs in from.

Under Connection settings pick the Region you will keep (the preset proposes the United States first; switch to the United Kingdom, Germany or Australia for those sites) and keep Term at 1 month. Set Quantity to the number of IPs you need (one for each eBay account, up to 100 at a time). Auto-renew IP shows Not yet available, so note the end date.
Check Your configuration, press Review cost and generate and confirm. In My assets, Copy next to each IP copies its full line, host:port:username:password.
In AdsPower, GoLogin, Dolphin Anty or Multilogin create one profile per eBay account, paste its line into the proxy field and choose HTTP (or SOCKS5 if you bought it). Set time zone and WebRTC to follow the proxy, check the IP at ipinfo.io, then sign in and turn on 2 Step Verification under Personal Info → Sign in and security.
Expected result ipinfo.io shows the static IP and country you bought, every time you open the profile.
In My eBay → Account → Permissions, enter your assistant's name and email and tick the tasks they may do. They accept the emailed invitation within 24 hours and sign in with their own eBay account — in a profile on the same account IP if you want all work on one address.
Check Is the account signing in from a different IP, browser or profile than last time — a VPN, a rotating proxy, cleared cookies?
Fix Keep each account in one profile on its own static ISP IP and leave that profile's cookies in place.
Check Was the invitation accepted within 24 hours, from the email address you entered?
Fix Send a new invitation from Account → Permissions and accept it from that email address.
Check Are you looking at ebay.co.uk or ebay.de from an IP in another country, or while signed in?
Fix Check signed out through a rotating residential IP in that site's country.
Check Does the proxy type match what you bought, and was the whole host:port:username:password line pasted without spaces?
Fix Paste the line again, choose the matching type and re-test at ipinfo.io; if it still fails, open a ticket with a screenshot.
