Traffic arbitrage proxies: static ISP IPs for ad accounts

Build an environment where ad accounts behave predictably: give each account its own antidetect browser profile with a static ISP IP, and check landing pages, prices and ad delivery in your target geos through rotating residential IPs. Static ISP is paid per IP for the lease term; residential traffic is paid per gigabyte from US$1.50/GB — no subscription.

What you get

A static ISP IP for every ad account. The address never changes and never rotates during the whole lease: the account always logs in from the same home connection. Proxy302's rule is one account per IP.

Rotating residential IPs by geo. Targeting by country, state and city; a new IP on every request, or a sticky session for multi-step scenarios.

Payment without a subscription. Residential traffic from US$1.50/GB with a 1 GB minimum — purchased traffic is marked 'No expiry'. Static ISP is paid per IP for terms from 1 to 90 days.

Renewal under your control. Auto-renew is optional and off by default; renewing normally keeps the same IP.

The short path: what an affiliate needs

  1. Step 1

The account environment — static ISP. One ad account, one antidetect browser profile, one permanent IP: sessions and login history stay consistent, and credentials never mix across projects.

  2. Step 2

Geo checks — rotating residential. A landing page looks different in every country: currency, language and ad delivery vary; a residential IP of the target geo shows the page the way a local user sees it.

  3. Step 3

Browser setup. Enter the Proxy302 connection parameters into the antidetect browser profile — the guide 'Proxies in an antidetect browser' walks through it step by step.

  4. Step 4

Ad delivery checks. A ready-made scenario for ad campaigns and its limits — on the 'Ad verification' page.

The account environment: one ad account — one static ISP IP

Logins to an ad account must be predictable: the account works from the same address, sessions don't break, and the team never has to work out which IP was used last time. Static ISP proxies close this task.

The IP is registered to an ordinary home internet provider — it is a home-network-grade address, not a hosting one: it doesn't fall into the server ranges that platforms flag. For the whole lease the address is fixed and doesn't rotate, so the account always logs in from the same connection.

The environment rule is one account per IP: that is the point of a fixed address — every account gets its own. Several accounts, client accounts for example, means several IPs, one per browser profile; running several accounts stays within the ad platform's rules.

The protocol is chosen at purchase: HTTP or SOCKS5, one of the two per IP (HTTP on port 2222, SOCKS5 on port 3333). If you need both protocols, generate separate proxies. The HOST, PORT, USERNAME and PASSWORD of each IP are shown under My assets.

Renewing the lease: what happens to the IP

There is no subscription: static ISP is leased per IP for 1, 3, 7, 30, 60 or 90 days. Auto-renew is optional and off by default — switch it on for the IP you need under My assets, or renew the lease manually before the term ends.

Renewing normally keeps the same IP (renewals of 30 days or more are tried first); if that exact address can't be renewed, it is replaced with another IP of the same country. The end date of every IP is shown under My assets; when the term ends, the IP is released.

Static ISP: price per IP by lease term

1 day: US$0.50

3 days: US$1.50

7 days: US$3.50

30 days: US$7.99

60 days: US$15.98

90 days: US$23.97

Geo checks: rotating residential IPs

Before launch and during the campaign you need to see what a user in the target country sees: how the landing page loads, which currency and language it shows, whether the tracker redirect fires, whether the creative is served. A permanent IP isn't needed for that — an IP of the right geo is.

Proxy302's rotating residential proxies give country, state and city targeting, a new IP on every request, and a sticky session that holds one residential IP across a sequence of requests for multi-step scenarios. Protocols: HTTP and SOCKS5.

Billing is per gigabyte: the budget line is US$1.50/GB (US$1.35/GB at 100 GB), premium is US$5.00/GB; the minimum order is 1 GB, and purchased traffic doesn't expire.

Connection parameters

Rotating residential gateway: proxy.proxy302.com

HTTP port: 2222

SOCKS5 port: 3333

Authentication: Username + password

HOST and PORT of static ISP: Per IP under My assets; the port depends on the protocol you picked: 2222 (HTTP) or 3333 (SOCKS5)

Example: launching an offer in three geos

  1. Step 1

The environment. One static ISP IP is leased per ad account; the HOST, login and password from My assets go into the antidetect browser profile.

  2. Step 2

Pre-launch check. The landing page is opened from each target geo with a residential IP targeted by country and city: language, prices, form behavior, tracker redirects.

  3. Step 3

Control after launch. Ad delivery and the state of the landing page in every geo are checked regularly — the scenario is described in 'Ad verification'.

Check the exit IP before binding it to an account

Before you bind an IP to an account, check the exit address. If the proxy was generated with SOCKS5, run: curl -x socks5h://USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:3333 https://ipinfo.io/json — substitute the HOST, USERNAME and PASSWORD from My assets (for rotating residential proxies the gateway is proxy.proxy302.com, port 3333).

The socks5h:// scheme (with the letter h) tells curl to resolve DNS on the proxy side, not on your computer. Replace https://ipinfo.io/json with any service that shows your address — and you'll see the exit IP. For HTTP proxies the same approach works with port 2222.

Boundaries: what we don't help with

A proxy is a working tool, and this page collects only white-hat arbitrage scenarios. No cloaking: the page shown to moderation and the page shown to the user must be the same page. We don't help circumvent ad platform rules and we don't advise multi-accounting schemes built to dodge bans.

Running several accounts — client accounts, for example — is normal agency work within the platform's rules. Geo checks through residential IPs are meant for checking your own landing pages, creatives and ad delivery.

Frequently asked questions

What proxies do you need for traffic arbitrage?

Two types for two jobs. Static ISP is a permanent IP for logging into ad accounts: one account, one IP for the whole lease. Rotating residential is an IP of the target geo for checking landing pages, prices and ad delivery. Together they cover the affiliate's core workflow.

Which proxies are best for arbitrage?

'Best' is defined by the task, not by the product line's name. Compare verifiable properties: IP type (ISP or residential), address permanence, geo targeting, billing (per IP per term or per gigabyte), minimum purchase. We don't publish rankings and don't promise campaign results: outcomes depend on the offer, the creatives and the platform, not on the proxy.

How do I buy proxies for arbitrage and what do they cost?

Residential traffic: the budget line is US$1.50/GB (US$1.35/GB at 100 GB), premium is US$5.00/GB; minimum order 1 GB, prepaid, purchased traffic doesn't expire. Static ISP is billed per IP per lease term — from US$0.50 for one day to US$23.97 for 90 days, the same price for every available country. No subscription; auto-renew is an option, off by default.

Are there mobile proxies for arbitrage?

No, the Proxy302 catalogue has no mobile proxies. Three other lines cover arbitrage tasks, each in its place: a stable environment for ad accounts is handled by a static ISP proxy — a home IP fixed for the whole lease; geo checks of landing pages, prices and ad delivery by rotating residential IPs with country, state and city targeting; datacenter IPs for fast bulk jobs and APIs on sites that don't block server addresses.

Do I need proxies for arbitrage in Google Ads?

If you run campaigns in Google Ads, the environment principle is the same: account → antidetect browser profile → a permanent static ISP IP. To see how your ads and landing pages look in different countries, use residential IPs targeted at the geo you need — the scenario is described in 'Ad verification'. Whichever network you work in, follow its rules.

How is a static ISP different from a rotating residential proxy?

Static ISP is one address fixed for the whole lease; renewal normally keeps the same IP, otherwise the address is replaced with another IP of the same country; billing is per IP per term. Rotating residential changes the address from request to request, with a sticky session when you need one; billing is per gigabyte. The first is for account logins and a stable environment, the second for viewing and checking as a local user.

Where to start

The minimal start is one static ISP IP for your main account (from US$0.50 for a one-day lease) and 1 GB of residential traffic for geo checks. Scale from there by the number of accounts and geos: every new account is a new profile with its own IP.
