How to Use a Proxy302 Proxy in Linken Sphere: Step-by-Step Setup

Add a Proxy302 proxy to a Linken Sphere session in four steps.

What Linken Sphere is and why pair it with a proxy

Linken Sphere is a multi-session browser.

Each account or session should use its own IP. Proxy302 supplies the IP over HTTP or SOCKS5, and you enter the host, port, username and password in the Proxy Manager.

How to set up a proxy in Linken Sphere

  1. Get the proxy details

In the Proxy302 console choose the proxy type, country and protocol and generate it. Then open My assets (every proxy you buy is listed there) and copy the host, port, username and password.

  2. Open the Proxy Manager

Click the Proxy icon in the top-right of the toolbar to open the Proxy Manager, then click 'Add'.

  3. Enter the proxy details

Enter a name, the IP address, the port, and the login and password from 'My assets' in the Proxy302 console. The check runs automatically and returns the IP and its geolocation.

  4. Set the proxy in a new session

Click 'New Session'. In block 2, 'Connection', open the Proxy Manager, select the proxy and click 'Set'. The connection types include SOCKS5 and HTTP/HTTPS.

  5. Create the session

Click 'Create' or 'Create and launch'. You can also use 'Check proxy and geo' in the wizard before creating.

  6. Start and verify

Start the profile and confirm the IP shown in the browser matches the one Proxy302 generated.

Linken Sphere proxy FAQ

Which connection type should I choose in Linken Sphere?

Linken Sphere supports SOCKS5 and HTTP/HTTPS. Proxy302 proxies work over HTTP and SOCKS5, so match the type to what 'My assets' shows for your proxy.

What if the proxy check fails or the proxy does not work?

Copy the host, port, username and password again from 'My assets' and make sure there are no spaces. Check that the connection type matches the protocol shown there, and that the proxy has not expired. Then run 'Check proxy and geo' again.

Do I need one proxy per session?

For an account that should keep the same IP over time, yes. Give each such account its own static ISP IP, so one account uses one fixed IP.
