Price monitoring proxies
Proxies for price monitoring: see competitor prices, promotions and shipping as shoppers in each country and city see them. Rotating residential from US$1.50/GB.
View options and pricingHow to see the prices, currency, shipping and ads a visitor in another country sees: a repeatable method with a clean session, a confirmed exit and a recorded result.
Not every site does this, so verify each target instead of assuming. When a page does vary, the usual causes are:
• Currency and language. A storefront may show euros to visitors in the EU and dollars to visitors in the US, and translate product names and descriptions.
• Taxes and shipping. A listed price may exclude VAT or local sales tax that is added at checkout, and delivery options and estimated times depend on the destination.
• Availability. Some items are listed only in certain regions.
• Local ads and promotions. Banners and campaigns can rotate by country, which is why an ad should be checked as a local would see it.
For several markets, list the countries and the order in which you will check them.
The exit IP is the address the destination site sees, so it has to be in the country you picked.
Before you load the page, request https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy and check that the country field matches your target.
Open a private window or a fresh browser profile with no cookies, saved currency or autofill from earlier visits.
Take a screenshot and write down the exact time, the currency symbol, the price, the shipping labels and any local ads or promotions.
Run the same steps from another IP in the same country. If the results match, the listing is stable for that country. If they differ, note both and check whether the difference follows the network, the city or the time of day.
A proxy changes only the network exit address. It does not change:
• Your account on the site. If you are logged in, the site may still apply your saved delivery address, currency or membership tier. Sign out or use a fresh session for the unfiltered local view.
• Cookies and local storage. A clean profile removes this variable. A proxy does not clear anything from earlier sessions.
• Physical delivery. The address you enter at checkout decides what the site will ship. Use the check for observation only.
A private window, a screenshot and a timestamp are all you need for a one-off check or a discrepancy a colleague reported. Automate when you track the same products or ads on a schedule: a script can walk through a country list, keep structured notes and alert you when a price leaves an expected range. The price monitoring use case and the ad verification use case describe those setups. When you automate, keep the session clean on every run and confirm the exit IP each time, so a rotated or failed exit does not quietly spoil your data.
• Compare like with like. Use the same product, variant and time window in every country. A difference means something only if the SKU, the size or colour and the day match.
• Convert currency yourself. The site's converted totals may use a different rate than the one you need.
• Watch for local promotions. A flash sale in one country is not the normal price. Record its name and dates so you can filter it out later.
• Confirm a real difference. If the base price differs between countries, repeat the check from a second exit in each country before you treat it as stable. Checking the exit IP, country and ISP before every run keeps the sample clean.
Rotating residential proxies fit this task: you choose the exit country (195+ countries and regions, with state and city on lines that support it) and pay per GB, so you pay only for the checks you run. The table below shows seven real exits from our latest hourly check, with the city and network a lookup reported.

Exits seen by the Proxy302 probe at 22 October 2026, 14:18 UTC, one per country, on dynamic residential IPs through the public Proxy302 entry (the check that tests ChatGPT). They show what kind of network and which city a lookup reports; they are not a targeting test and later checks will differ. Only the first three octets of an IP are public.
Open the rotating residential page, choose the line and set Exit mode to Choose region / sticky IP, which holds one exit while a page and its redirects load.
Pick the country, and the state and city where prices differ. Keep Protocol on HTTP, or choose SOCKS5 if your tool needs it, then click Review cost and generate.
Open My assets and copy HOST, PORT, USERNAME and PASSWORD. The Connect page shows a ready example with your own endpoint.
Enter the details in the browser or tool you use for the check, and confirm the exit with https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy.
The Budget line costs US$1.50 per GB, and US$1.35 per GB in a 100 GB package. There is no free trial, and the smallest purchase is 1 GB. Which exit locations are available changes daily.
No. A proxy changes only the network exit. The site may still use your account settings, saved address or cookies, or may show the same price everywhere. Verify each target.
Yes. Load the platform through an exit in that country in a clean session and record what appears, with the time. The ad verification use case covers scheduled checks.
Request https://ipinfo.io/json through the proxy before you load the page. The country, city and org fields show where the lookup places the exit and which network owns it.
A rotating exit can change between requests. Use Exit mode Choose region / sticky IP to hold one exit while a page loads, and confirm the exit again at the start of each run.
