# Proxy302 > Proxy302 (https://proxy302.com) is a self-service proxy provider. It sells rotating residential proxies billed per GB, static ISP proxies billed per IP and lease term or per GB, and datacenter proxies billed per IP and lease term. Customers top up a prepaid wallet in US dollars (1 PTC = US$1.00) and buy traffic or IPs from it; there is no subscription. Operator: Univerads Technology Limited, Hong Kong. Facts below were read from the live price catalogue and the customer console on 2026-10-18. Prices can change: current prices are on https://proxy302.com/pricing/ and the checkout shows the binding total. ## Products and prices - Rotating residential proxies: household IPs that rotate per request or keep a sticky session; country, state and city targeting; HTTP and SOCKS5. - Budget line: US$1.50/GB for any amount, minimum 1 GB. Packages: US$1.42/GB at 50 GB, US$1.35/GB at 100 GB, US$1.20/GB at 300 GB, US$1.124/GB at 500 GB. - Premium line: US$5.00/GB, minimum 1 GB. Packages: US$4.74/GB at 50 GB, US$4.50/GB at 100 GB, US$4.25/GB at 300 GB. - Sold per GB only; per-IP rotating residential is out of stock and paused. Standard traffic purchases do not expire. Where the console offers it, a line can instead bill the wallet for the traffic actually used (pay-as-you-go). - Static ISP proxies (static residential): a residential-grade fixed IP that stays the same for the whole lease and does not rotate; HTTP or SOCKS5, chosen when you buy, and each IP keeps that protocol. Up to 100 IPs at a time, each charged separately. US$7.99 per IP for 30 days; 1 day US$0.50, 3 days US$1.50, 7 days US$3.50, 60 days US$15.98, 90 days US$23.97. Without a lease, a Fixed ISP exit is billed per GB from the wallet: US$3.50/GB, free to generate, country-level location, and the IP is not reserved for you long-term. - Datacenter proxies: fast fixed server IPs; HTTP or SOCKS5 (SOCKS5 since 17 October 2026), chosen when you buy. Up to 100 IPs at a time, each charged separately. US$3.99 per IP for 30 days; 1 day US$0.25, 3 days US$0.75, 7 days US$1.75, 60 days US$7.98, 90 days US$11.97. - Per-IP prices are the same for every country offered. Auto-renewal is optional and set per IP (off for new purchases unless switched on): when it is on, the IP is renewed from the account balance during the last 24 hours before its end date, for the plan saved with the setting and at the price in effect then; with too little balance nothing is charged and the customer is emailed. Otherwise an IP lease ends on its end date unless it is renewed manually in My assets. Renewing normally keeps the same IP; a residential IP may be moved to another IP in the same country when the supplier cannot carry the new term. There is no free trial; the smallest orders are 1 GB or one IP for one day. - Payment: USDT, USDC, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayNow, DANA, Russian bank cards (Visa, Mastercard and MIR), SBP, T-Bank, ЮMoney and SberPay; card payments via Stripe when available for the account. A successful top-up cannot be refunded to cash. - Network as stated on the site: 195+ countries and regions, 65M+ residential IPs, city-level targeting, 99.9% availability. - Countries: rotating residential covers 195+ countries and regions; static ISP per IP is listed in 30 countries, static ISP per GB in 13 and datacenter per IP in 8. Stock varies by country. - ISP choice: on the Premium line of rotating residential, the order form can pin the exit to one home ISP — US: Comcast Xfinity, AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum (Charter); UK: Sky, BT, Virgin Media, TalkTalk; Germany: Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone; Japan: NTT OCN, KDDI au, SoftBank; France: Orange, Free, SFR, Bouygues Telecom. Other countries are chosen by country only. ## Buyer pages - [Pricing](https://proxy302.com/pricing/): prices per GB and per IP, billing, payment methods, fees, FAQ - [Proxy products](https://proxy302.com/proxies/): residential, static ISP and datacenter compared - [Rotating residential proxies](https://proxy302.com/proxies/rotating-residential/) - [Static ISP proxies](https://proxy302.com/proxies/static-residential/) - [Datacenter proxies](https://proxy302.com/proxies/datacenter/) - [SOCKS5 proxies](https://proxy302.com/proxies/socks5/): SOCKS5 on all three lines (rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter), port 3333 with username and password, which tools can sign in (Telegram can, Chrome's own proxy settings cannot) and what common SOCKS5 errors mean - [Static ISP proxies per IP](https://proxy302.com/proxies/static-residential-pay-per-ip/) and [datacenter proxies per IP](https://proxy302.com/proxies/datacenter-pay-per-ip/) - [Proxy locations](https://proxy302.com/locations/): what each country sells, ISP choice and hourly checks from that exit — [US](https://proxy302.com/locations/us/), [UK](https://proxy302.com/locations/uk/), [Germany](https://proxy302.com/locations/germany/), [Japan](https://proxy302.com/locations/japan/), [Singapore](https://proxy302.com/locations/singapore/), [Brazil](https://proxy302.com/locations/brazil/), [Indonesia](https://proxy302.com/locations/indonesia/) - [Use cases](https://proxy302.com/use-cases/): setups for social media, cross-border e-commerce, AI subscriptions, ad verification, automation and APIs, Web3, market research and SEO monitoring - Messaging and AI API setups: [WhatsApp](https://proxy302.com/use-cases/social-media-management/whatsapp/) and [Signal](https://proxy302.com/use-cases/social-media-management/signal/) on a fixed static ISP IP (their in-app proxy settings take only WhatsApp or Signal relay servers, not HTTP or SOCKS5), and [OpenAI API calls](https://proxy302.com/use-cases/ai-subscriptions/openai-api/) through a datacenter IP in a country OpenAI supports - Account bans: [Claude](https://proxy302.com/guides/claude-account-ban/) and [ChatGPT](https://proxy302.com/guides/chatgpt-account-ban/): the reasons in each vendor's own policies, how to appeal, and what happens to a paid plan - [Setup guides](https://proxy302.com/guides/) and integrations such as [AdsPower](https://proxy302.com/integrations/adspower/), [GoLogin](https://proxy302.com/integrations/gologin/) and [Dolphin {anty}](https://proxy302.com/integrations/dolphin-anty/), plus [eight antidetect browsers compared](https://proxy302.com/integrations/antidetect-browsers/) - [What is a proxy server](https://proxy302.com/guides/what-is-a-proxy/): how HTTP and SOCKS5 proxies work, proxy vs VPN, and which proxy type fits which job - Device setup: [Helper for connecting from mainland China](https://proxy302.com/guides/helper-tool/), [browser extension](https://proxy302.com/guides/browser-extension/), [Shadowrocket on iPhone](https://proxy302.com/guides/shadowrocket/), [v2rayNG on Android](https://proxy302.com/guides/v2rayng-android/) - 中文: [价格](https://proxy302.com/zh/pricing/) · [代理产品](https://proxy302.com/zh/proxies/) · [使用场景](https://proxy302.com/zh/use-cases/) · [使用教程](https://proxy302.com/zh/guides/) · [国家与地区](https://proxy302.com/zh/locations/) - Русский: [Цены](https://proxy302.com/ru/pricing/) · [Прокси](https://proxy302.com/ru/proxies/) · [Сценарии](https://proxy302.com/ru/use-cases/) · [Инструкции](https://proxy302.com/ru/guides/) · [Страны](https://proxy302.com/ru/locations/) ## Developer API - The open API lives under base path `/open_api/v3` on host https://proxy302.com (no `/v1` prefix). It automates the console: buy rotating residential, static ISP and datacenter proxies, list assets, read traffic and spend, renew static IPs, manage per-token IP whitelists. 21 endpoints in 9 groups — Auth, Directory, ISP Directory, Purchase, Proxy List, Traffic & Usage, Renewal, IP Whitelist, Session Reset. - Authentication: HTTP Basic on every request — username = API key id, password = API key secret (create keys in the console, API keys page; the account login password is not an API key). Every endpoint answers HTTP 200 with the envelope `{code, msg, data}`; success is `code === 0`, and `data` is null on every non-zero code. Money is PTC with at most 3 decimals, traffic volumes are decimal byte strings, timestamps are Unix seconds. - New: dynamic purchases accept `session_mode` — `sticky` (default) or `rotating`; `rotating` is supported on the standard line only (`s=3`/`s=4`; premium `s=1`/`s=2` with rotating returns 422). Changing the session mode on a replayed idempotency key is rejected — use a new key. Coming later (no dates promised): sticky session duration, ASN/ISP targeting, finer dynamic geo. - Key endpoints: `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/traffic` and `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/ip/by_area` (buy dynamic, accept session_mode), `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/static/traffic` and `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/static/ip` (buy static), `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/tokens/{generate}/{proxy_type}` (paged asset list), `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/token/renew/{token_id}` (paid static renewal, idempotent) and `PUT` on the same path (auto-renewal toggle), `GET|POST|DELETE /open_api/v3/proxy/token/{token_id}/ip-whitelist` (source-IP allowlist, max 5 per token), `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/area/{area_type}` (country/state/city ids), `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/payway/{payway_name}` (static price plans), `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/isp/catalog` (ISP options), `DELETE /open_api/v3/proxy/sessions` (batch sticky-session reset), `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/traffic/pool/remaining`, `GET /open_api/v3/user/users/token` (issues the ready-made Basic header value), `GET /open_api/v3/user/users/me`. - How to create a key and build the Authorization header: https://proxy302.com/docs/how-to-obtain-an-api-token/ - Full reference — every endpoint with parameters, error codes and curl/Python/Node examples — is in `llms-full.txt` next to this file; interactive docs at https://proxy302.apifox.cn/ ## Live connectivity data - `https://proxy302.com/live/connectivity/.json`: hourly checks that open a platform through Proxy302 rotating residential IPs from US, GB, DE, JP, SG, RU, BR and ID; a country where the platform's page on this site says it is blocked or unavailable is not checked for that platform. Only successful checks are published: country, latency in ms, check time and exit (first three IP octets, city, region, ASN, organisation). - Platforms: discord, facebook, instagram, linkedin, pinterest, reddit, telegram, threads, tiktok, x, youtube, chatgpt, claude, cursor, elevenlabs, gemini, github-copilot, midjourney, perplexity, runway, suno, aliexpress, amazon, ebay, etsy, lazada, mercado-libre, shopee, shopify, tiktok-shop, walmart, google-ads, linkedin-ads, meta-ads, microsoft-ads, pinterest-ads, reddit-ads, tiktok-ads. - Report with methodology, sample rounds and limits (October 2026): https://proxy302.com/guides/proxy-connectivity-report/ ## Developer API — full reference (open_api/v3) Base: host `https://proxy302.com`, base path `/open_api/v3` (excluded from the global `/v1` prefix). Interactive docs: https://proxy302.apifox.cn/ ### Authentication - HTTP Basic on every request. Username = API key id, password = API key secret. The API key must be linked to a Proxy302 account; a PostgreSQL-only key without the legacy link gets `50301` on every purchase/management endpoint (only `user/users/me` still answers). - `GET /open_api/v3/user/users/token?username=&password=` encodes the pair into the ready-made `Authorization: Basic ...` value (encoding only, no validation). You can equally Base64-encode `:` yourself. Create keys in the console (API keys page); the account login password is not an API key. ### Response envelope Every endpoint answers HTTP 200 and reports the outcome in `{code, msg, data}`: success is `code === 0`, `data` is null on every non-zero code. Money is PTC with at most 3 decimals (`"1.5"` = 1.5 PTC), traffic volumes are decimal byte strings (`"1073741824"` = 1 GiB), `proxyUsageSummary` values are plain JSON numbers, timestamps are Unix seconds. Envelope error codes: | code | meaning | |---|---| | 0 | success | | 400 | `Invalid auto renewal setting` — renew body `is_auto_renew` outside {true,false,0,1,"0","1","true","false"} | | 401 | `invalid API credential` — missing/unknown Basic credential | | 404 | `Token not found` — whitelist/renew token id unknown or owned by another account | | 409 | whitelist conflicts: unsupported IP-whitelist auth, IP already whitelisted elsewhere, or at most 5 IPs per proxy | | 422 | request validation (axes, paging, time windows, non-public ip, bad enum values, line restrictions); `msg` names the exact field | | 503 | `IP whitelist is unavailable` / `temporarily unavailable` — whitelist feature disabled server-side | | 50301 | legacy dependency unavailable, lifecycle writes not configured, or a business rejection from the writer (insufficient balance, static IP unavailable, renewal idempotency conflict, malformed idempotency_key...) — see `msg` | ### Quick start Auth (curl): curl -u "$KEY_ID:$KEY_SECRET" "https://proxy302.com/open_api/v3/user/users/me" curl "https://proxy302.com/open_api/v3/user/users/token?username=$KEY_ID&password=$KEY_SECRET" First purchase — dynamic traffic, standard line, rotating (curl): curl -X POST "https://proxy302.com/open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/traffic" \ -u "$KEY_ID:$KEY_SECRET" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"s":3,"session_mode":"rotating","protocol":"http","country_id":233,"state_id":0,"city_id":0,"is_data_center":false,"billing_mode":"prepaid_pool","idempotency_key":"my-first-order-0001"}' First purchase (Python): import requests payload = { "s": 3, # standard line: rotating supports s=3/4 only "session_mode": "rotating", # new; default sticky "protocol": "http", "country_id": 233, "is_data_center": False, "billing_mode": "prepaid_pool", "idempotency_key": "my-first-order-0001", } r = requests.post( "https://proxy302.com/open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/traffic", auth=(KEY_ID, KEY_SECRET), json=payload) data = r.json()["data"] print(data["username"], data["password"], data["host"], data["port"]) First purchase (Node): const res = await fetch("https://proxy302.com/open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/traffic", { method: "POST", headers: { Authorization: `Basic ${auth}`, "Content-Type": "application/json" }, body: JSON.stringify({ s: 3, session_mode: "rotating", protocol: "http", country_id: 233, is_data_center: false, billing_mode: "prepaid_pool", idempotency_key: "my-first-order-0001", }), }) const { data } = await res.json() Connect through the purchased proxy (the purchase response carries username/password/host/port): curl -x "http://$PROXY_USER:$PROXY_PASS@$PROXY_HOST:$PROXY_PORT" https://httpbin.io/ip ### Purchase parameters `PurchaseRequest` (JSON body and/or query string; body wins on conflicts): - `s` integer 1-4, default 2 — product line (premium/budget). `rotating` needs 3 or 4. - `protocol` `http`|`socks5`|`https`, default `http`. Datacenter static IP supports http/socks5 only. - `country_id` integer — country id from `/proxy/area/country`. - `state_id` integer, default 0 — state targeting on the premium dynamic line (s=1/2) only; the standard line requires 0. - `city_id` integer, default 0 — city targeting on the premium dynamic line only (state_id required too); the standard line requires 0. - `is_data_center` boolean, default false (`data_center` also accepted). - `payway_id` integer — static IP purchase/renewal plan id from `/proxy/payway/{payway_name}`. - `ip` string — static-ip only: request a specific IP. - `billing_mode` `prepaid_pool`|`payg_wallet`, default `prepaid_pool`. - `idempotency_key` string `^[A-Za-z0-9_-]{8,128}$` — purchases and static renewal. Replaying the same key with a different session mode is rejected fail-closed; use a new key for a new mode. Dynamic purchases (`dynamic/traffic`, `dynamic/ip/by_area`) additionally accept: - `session_mode` `sticky`|`rotating`, default `sticky` (NEW). `rotating` is available on the standard line only (`s=3`/`s=4`); premium (`s=1`/`s=2`, including the `s=2` default) with `rotating` returns 422 `Rotating session mode is not available on the premium line; use the standard line (s=3 or s=4)`. Any other value returns 422 `session_mode must be sticky or rotating`. Static endpoints ignore `session_mode`. - `session_duration` 10|30|60|120 (minutes; NEW) — sticky session length, standard line (s=3/4) and sticky sessions only; the premium line keeps fixed durations and answers 422. Omitted = line default (about 10 minutes). - `isp` string (NEW) — ISP targeting such as `comcast`/`att`/`verizon`/`spectrum`, premium dynamic line only with `country_id` required; options from `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/isp/catalog`. - `DELETE /open_api/v3/proxy/sessions` (NEW) — batch sticky-session reset: body `{"token_ids":[...]}` (1-100) rotates every upstream session segment so the same credential gets a fresh exit IP; `POST` + `X-HTTP-Method-Override: DELETE` is equivalent. Applies across the gateway within about 150 seconds. `RenewRequest` (static renewal): `payway_id` (required, must match the asset's product family), `idempotency_key` (required, read from the body only; absent/malformed → 50301 `Invalid renewal request`; a stable key replays the settled receipt with `replayed: true` instead of debiting again), `is_auto_renew` (optional bool/0/1/"0"/"1"/"true"/"false"; anything else → 400). ### Endpoints (21) Auth: - `GET /open_api/v3/user/users/token` — query `username`, `password` (required): issue the Basic authorization value. - `GET /open_api/v3/user/users/me` — current API key identity (name, email, uid). Directory: - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/area/{area_type}` — `area_type` = country|state|city; optional `pid` (parent area id), `name` (substring filter). - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/payway/{payway_name}` — `payway_name` = static_data_center|static_residential. Purchase: - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/static/traffic` — body PurchaseRequest. - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/static/ip` — body PurchaseRequest (datacenter: http/socks5 only). - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/traffic` — body DynamicPurchaseRequest (accepts session_mode). - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/api/proxy/dynamic/ip/by_area` — body DynamicPurchaseRequest (accepts session_mode). Proxy list: - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/tokens/{generate}/{proxy_type}` — `generate` = dynamic|static, `proxy_type` = ip|traffic; query `page` (default 1), `page_size` (default 20, 1..1000), `cursor` (from next_cursor; removes the 10000-offset cap), `status` (0 all; 1 active, 2 revoked, 3 expired, 4 unhealthy, 5 traffic running, 6 manually disabled/expired), `created_start`/`created_end` (unix seconds), `text` + `filter_type` (ip|username|password|location|remark), `sort_field` (id|created_on|cost|traffic_usage), `sort` (asc|desc), `is_deleted` ("1"|"true"|"on"). Traffic & usage: - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/traffic/consume/log/summary` — required `start_time`, `end_time` (unix seconds, span <= 31 days, UTC+8 day boundaries). - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/summary/proxies/{proxy_type}/{statistics_type}` — `proxy_type` = traffic|ip|cost, `statistics_type` = hour|day|month; fixed windows (hour = last 24h, day = last 30 days). - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/summary/cost/{statistics_type}` — `statistics_type` = day|month; PTC spend by legacy category. - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/traffic/pool/remaining` — remaining pool bytes plus per-pool rows. Renewal: - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/token/renew/{token_id}` — body RenewRequest; `token_id`/`order_id` are strings in the response; `expires_at` (unix seconds), `days` added, `replayed` flag. - `PUT /open_api/v3/proxy/token/renew/{token_id}` — toggle auto renewal; returns the resulting state. IP whitelist (per token, max 5 IPs, one IP belongs to exactly one token account-wide): - `GET /open_api/v3/proxy/token/{token_id}/ip-whitelist` — list bound source IPs. - `POST /open_api/v3/proxy/token/{token_id}/ip-whitelist` — body `{"ip": "..."}`; single public IPv4/IPv6 only (private/documentation ranges → 422). - `DELETE /open_api/v3/proxy/token/{token_id}/ip-whitelist/{ip}` — unbind. ### Purchase response fields `token_id` (number on purchases, string on renewal), `username`, `password` (proxy credentials — not the API key), `host`, `port`, `protocol`, `pool_id`, `is_api`, `is_static`, `direct_mysql`. Token rows in the list endpoint add `cost` (PTC decimal string), `traffic_usage` (decimal byte string), `proxy_area` ("Country - State - City"), `req_proxy_url` (`username:password@host:port`), `ads_proxy_url` (`host:port:username:password`), `status` (1-6), `created_on`/`expired_on` (unix seconds). ### More docs - How to create a key and build the Authorization header: https://proxy302.com/docs/how-to-obtain-an-api-token/ - Interactive reference (Apifox): https://proxy302.apifox.cn/ - Overview copy of this file: `llms.txt` next to this file. ## Support - Help centre: https://proxy302.com/help/ (中文 https://proxy302.com/zh/help/); documentation: https://proxy302.com/docs/ (中文 https://proxy302.com/zh/docs/) - Tickets: https://proxy302.com/support/ (after signing in) - Community: Telegram https://t.me/+Qc_cmQMJKh80Mjg1 and Discord https://discord.gg/frvFeNN3nm - Refund policy: https://proxy302.com/docs/proxy302-refund-policy/ - blog.proxy302.com, docs.proxy302.com and news.proxy302.com mirror the 302.AI blog; Proxy302's own documentation is on proxy302.com.
